Ingredients
- ½ cup instant oats
- ½ cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- ½ cup vegan yogurt
- topped with granola, chocolate peanut butter, a layer of yogurt, cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add the oats, soymilk, chia seeds, flaxseed, cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, and vegan yogurt to a mason jar.
- Mix everything well until smooth and combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, top with granola, a bit of chocolate peanut butter, a layer of yogurt, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Enjoy!
