- ½ cup instant oats
- ½ cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chocolate peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- topped with blueberries or banana, chocolate peanut butter, granola
Instructions
- Combine the oats, soymilk, maple syrup, chia seeds, flaxseed, chocolate peanut butter, and chocolate chips in a mason jar.
- Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, top with blueberries or banana, a spoon of chocolate peanut butter, and granola. Enjoy!
