Ingredients
1.2kg Papaya (peeled, cubed)
Topping
150g Peach gum (soaked overnight)
100g Snow fungus (bloomed)
800ml Water
100g Fresh lotus seed
50g Sugar
1 can CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
60g CARNATION® Sweetened Beverage Creamer
As needed Glutinous rice ball (cooked)
Methods
- Blend the papaya into a smooth puree. Keep in refrigerator to chill.
- Combine water, sugar, peach gum, snow fungus, and lotus seed in a pot. Bring to boil, simmer for 25 minutes.
- Mix CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer & CARNATION® Sweetened Beverage Creamer with the peach gum mixture. Let cool and keep in refrigerator to chill.
- To serve, fill 200g of papaya puree in a bowl. Top with 135g of peach gum mixture and glutinous rice ball.

烹饪步骤
- 将木瓜搅碎成泥状,放入冰箱冷藏。
- 加入适量水,糖,桃胶,银耳和莲子于国内。大火煮至滚烫,转小火炖煮25分钟。
- 烹煮好的桃胶糖水拌入CARNATION® 淡奶和炼乳。让其放凉再收入于冰箱冷藏。
- 将200克木瓜泥放入碗中,加入135克桃胶糖水和汤圆,即可享用。
