Ingredients
400g NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Original
450g tapioca flour
6 pandan leaves (rinsed and dried)
2 egg yolk
¾ cup sugar / castor sugar (165g)
Preparation
- Bake tapioca flour with pandan leaves at 200°F for 1 hour, cool, and sift.
- Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour, and NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk into soft dough.
- Shape using molds or cutters; bake at 325°F for 20–25 mins.
- Cool, and store airtight for 1 month.
