Ingredients
- ½ cup instant oats
- ½ cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with oats & quinoa soymilk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp kinako powder
- ½ banana (mashed)
- 1 tbsp pistachio spread
- topped with banana, pistachio spread, granola, kinako powder
Instructions
- Add the oats, soymilk, maple syrup, chia seeds, flaxseed, kinako powder, mashed banana, and pistachio spread into a mason jar.
- Mix everything well until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, top with sliced banana, a little pistachio spread, granola, and a sprinkle of kinako powder. Enjoy!
