Ingredients
- For Chicken:
- 3 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2-inch-diced
- For Salad:
- 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
- 3 medium celery stalks, diced
- 2 large green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- For Dressing:
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Magnolia 100% Fresh Milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, milk, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Toss dressing through the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes. Stir in fresh dill before serving.
