Preparation
- Gingerbread syrup: In a saucepan, bring water, sugar and honey to a boil, stirring occasionally. Ensure sugar is completely dissolved. Turn off heat and let cool
- Milk base: Microwave NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk Reduced Sugar for 30 seconds. Use an electric milk frother to froth the milk.
- Assemble drink: Stir gingerbread syrup into a cup of strong coffee. Add frothed milk. Garnish with a dusting of ground cinnamon and a gingerbread man cookie and enjoy!
- (Optional) To make gingerbread cream topping, use an electric milk frother to whisk together syrup and heavy cream until it thickens and stiff peaks form. Top the drink with gingerbread cream when assembling
