Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl, add whipping cream and icing sugar. Whisk with an electric or a handheld whisk till stiff peaks form.
2. Fold in the cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Fill the piping bag with the mixture.
3. In a separate glass, add ice and milk. Pipe the mixture into a nice pattern.
4. Garnish with icing sugar or cocoa powder
