Ingredients
6 pcs Braised Abalone (canned)
6 pcs Dried Shiitake mushroom (soaked)
200g Broccoli (cut floret)
50g Carrot (sliced)
Sauce
30g Oyster sauce
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
¼ tsp White pepper powder
250ml Water
1 tbsp Abalone sauce
2 tsp Cornstarch
50g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
Methods
- Blanch broccoli and carrot. Heat up abalone.
- In a pot, mix the sauce ingredients except for cornstarch and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, braise the mushroom in the sauce for 15 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with water, stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Assemble the broccoli, carrot, braised mushroom and abalone in a plate.
- Stir in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, drizzle the sauce on top of the dish.

200克 花椰菜 (切花)
50克 胡萝卜 (切片)
酱料
30克 蚝油
1 茶匙 酱油
1 茶匙 糖
¼ 茶匙 白胡椒粉
250 毫升 水
1 汤匙 鲍鱼酱
2 茶匙 玉米淀粉
50 克 CARNATION® 淡奶
烹饪步骤
- 汆烫花椰菜和胡萝卜,翻热鲍鱼
- 准备另一个锅将除了玉米淀粉和CARNATION® 淡奶以外的材料放入锅中,加入花菇焖煮15分钟。
- 将玉米淀粉和适量的水拌匀,拌入酱料之中勾芡。
- 将花椰菜,胡萝卜,花菇和鲍鱼摆盘。
- 将CARNATION® 淡奶拌入酱料,浇淋于摆盘好的菜肴之上,即可享用。
