Ingredients
1 tbsp yuzu jam
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ can Ice Mountain Sparkling Lemon
3–4 lemon slices (plus 1 for garnish)
Ice cubes (to fill the glass)
Preparation
- Add yuzu jam to your glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in lemon juice and add the lemon slices.
- Top up with Ice Mountain Sparkling Lemon for a zesty fizz.
- Garnish with an extra lemon slice and enjoy chilled.
