Ingredients

180ml of F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk

250g white sugar

35ml of unsalted butter

380g of white chocolate

1tsp of vanilla extract

55g of matcha powder (unsweetened)

 

Preparation

  1. Line a baking tray (8 inch) with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium size pot, combine sugar, F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk, butter, vanilla extract and matcha powder and bring to a boil over medium heat (3 - 5mins).
  3. Once mixture starts to thicken, take the pot off the heat and pour in the white chocolate.
  4. Mix well and pour into baking tray.
  5. Placed in chiller to set (about 1-1 ½ hours).
  6. Once set, cut and portion the fudge bars.
