Ingredients
180ml of F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk
250g white sugar
35ml of unsalted butter
380g of white chocolate
1tsp of vanilla extract
55g of matcha powder (unsweetened)
Preparation
- Line a baking tray (8 inch) with parchment paper.
- In a medium size pot, combine sugar, F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk, butter, vanilla extract and matcha powder and bring to a boil over medium heat (3 - 5mins).
- Once mixture starts to thicken, take the pot off the heat and pour in the white chocolate.
- Mix well and pour into baking tray.
- Placed in chiller to set (about 1-1 ½ hours).
- Once set, cut and portion the fudge bars.
