Ingredients

Mango mixture

150ml of F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk

450g of mango pulp

250ml of water

 

For topping

Magnolia Low Fat Fresh Milk

pomelo pulps

1 small mango

3 tbs of sago

 

Preparation

  1. Dice the mango into small cubes.
  2. Gently separate the pomelo segments into individual pulps.
  3. Boil the sago in 500ml of water until they become transparent. Strain and let it cool at room temperature.
  4. Mix mango pulp, F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk and 250ml of water in a bowl.
  5. Pour into cups/bowl and top it off with Magnolia Low Fat Fresh Milk, sago and mango cubes.
