Ingredients
Mango mixture
150ml of F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk
450g of mango pulp
250ml of water
For topping
Magnolia Low Fat Fresh Milk
pomelo pulps
1 small mango
3 tbs of sago
Preparation
- Dice the mango into small cubes.
- Gently separate the pomelo segments into individual pulps.
- Boil the sago in 500ml of water until they become transparent. Strain and let it cool at room temperature.
- Mix mango pulp, F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk and 250ml of water in a bowl.
- Pour into cups/bowl and top it off with Magnolia Low Fat Fresh Milk, sago and mango cubes.
