Ingredients
White Sauce
350ml of F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk
21g of butter
21g of plain flour
5g of salt
130g macaroni (cook according to packaging)
250g cheddar cheese
For topping
125g toasted breadcrumbs
65g grated parmesan
Chopped Parsley
Preparation
- Melt butter in a pot over low heat.
- Add flour and whisk for about 2 mins.
- Add F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk and salt. Whisk and bring to a simmer.
- Keep whisking till it thickens slightly.
- Add in cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese, mix well.
- Grease a 10inch round baking pan and pour the macaroni and cheese mixture into the baking tray.
- Spread it out and topped with toasted breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Bake it in a 190°c pre-heated oven for 20 - 25 mins.
- Take it out to let it cool and garnish with some chopped parsley.
